We designed this big bore Stone Hammer™ on the request of a customer who wanted the one gun one bullet solution for Hammering anything in the world. Here is the result. A 3mm hollow point that will open easily and produce robust heavy petals with enough weight retention to give deep penetration on the toughest of animals.

I took a Cape Buffalo in April 2023, shot was around 25 yards slight quartering to the left. the 404 458 Stone Hammer entered just to the right of the shoulder to the chest, the bullet passed all the way thru the bull exiting thru the right hip. the bull ran about 20 yards and was down, paid the insurance between the shoulders thru the spine. neither bullets were found .

The best bullet on 458 Lott, I loaded it to 2500 fps at the muzzle, about 0.48 MOA 3-shot group at 100 yards, totally blew up the bear.
