We designed this pure copper bullet for the 338 Marlin Express lever action. Designed with the 3mm hollow point and extra thickness around the meplat, for riding in a tubular magazine, that has proven to be spectacular in terminal performance. With a minimum required twist rate of 1-13″ or faster this Stone Hammer™ bullet will be an excellent choice for pretty much any .338 caliber cartridge on any big game.

8.6 BLK is hard to find reloading bullets. Worked up a load for the 200 Hammer using a Barlein 1:3 twist 16 inch bolt action. Shot 1/2 MOA with 25 grains of CFE BLK. Shot a hog at 110 yds in the neck. Broke the neck. Spun the hog 360 degrees. All at only 1700 fps. Excellent bullet balance. No exit wound. I load for 5 hunters, 17 guns, various calibers. All are switching to Hammer. Love the quality.
