I’m shooting these out of my 204 Ruger 22” barrel 1:12 twist at 3975fps. I was having trouble getting any kind of penetration with lead core bullets I tried leading to a few coyotes I wasn’t able to recover. These 29 gr. Hammer hunters bullets were able to go through 2 milk jugs at 25 yards and I recovered the shank of the bullet in the third jug. The shank of the bullet Weighed 15 gr which is exactly the 50% weight retention advertised. I was impressed considering it was traveling at 3975 fps. The milk jug I shot with the lead core bullet didn’t make it through the first jug. I still haven’t shot a coyote with them but I’m expecting good results
