Got these shooting a .4 moa group at 3,010 fps with my fierce 7mm rem mag and I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Running these in my custom 28 Nosler over a heavy load of Ramshot LRT. Cloverleaf groups and 3520 fps (need a wide-eyed emoji here as that’s about 150 fps faster than I was hoping for). Shot 4 Aoudad ewes one day starting with the first three between 200 and 400 yards and the last at a lasered 633. All four were shot high shoulder, all were complete pass through and all were DRT.

I had these 169gr hunters loaded up for elk out of my Proof 28 Nosler. Elk hunt is next week but I had the chance to harvest 6.5 year old whitetail buck as a test run. Buck was facing me, slightly above me, center chest, and he literally bounced once and that was all. Can’t wait to find my elk.

Easy to load and very effective in the field. Able to create a good load for the 169gr HH for my Nosler 28 in less than 15 rounds. Able to achieve 1.0 MOA accuracy at 3100fps using a field set-up prone (not a bench). However, the proof was in the field for the past two years. Took a bull elk at 425 yards with a quartering away shot in 2024- destroyed his lungs, but he still went 15 yards. In 2026, I took a charging bull moose in the timber with a frontal shot at 20 yards, and he fell in his tracks. He was responding to our cow call. We found the bullet with ~40% weight remaining in the hide of the rear quarter. It passed all the way through the 1,100lb animal, including “20 inches of rear quarter meat.
