Killed about a dozen deer and antelope with these out of a .257 Weatherby – max loads of 4831 – from 50 yards to a bit over 600 yards – performed like a Nosler Partition as far as wounding, which is the highest of compliments – Killed about 100 animals with the Barnes 80 and 100 TTSX and was never overly impressed with performance on deer as no blood trail – but on pigs and elk I was very impressed with the Barnes Barnes seem to like tougher animals….anyway these kill deer well and leave a good blood trail they are very accurate without working up a load and the 92 grain has been my go to for many hunts
Pigs, bear(not mine) , elk and deer were taken clean – I had them loaded for moose, but could not let myself pull the trigger – and I am ok with that .

Amazing performance on deer, I load these things fast . 3850fps in my 257 wby, the faster I shoot them the more accurate they are .I was not a fan of traditional solid copper bullets until I found these, performance on game so far is …we’ll I call them the modern partition. I also am using 74.5 grains of Norma mrp powder with this bullet.. I used a magneto speed to find velocity. Tomorrow I will try these on a elk

Gotta love these Hammer Hunters at 3800+ out of my 257 Wby! They are an absolute death ray with “bang-flops” common under 200 yds.

Crazy accurate. I’m shooting these out of a Weatherby Vanguard in 25-06 with 55.7 gr of N160 loaded .020 off lands. I’m getting 3500 fps and consistent 1/2 MOA or less groups.
