Here is a light weight .358 caliber Stone Hammer™ that will put the old 35’s into a new light. The Whelen should push these 3200 to 3300 fps. Or the old 35 Rem running at 2500 fps. That’s pretty cool!

OK WOW NO JUST THWAP
This year my son rebarreled an old 1903 springfield to 35 Whelen AI. Hog hunt with the 140s loaded to @3200 fps (low pressure load) are very accurate, sub one inch, low recoil and delivers the goods. Just under 4k energy gives it its name THWAP. Hard to believe i can load and 120 year old rifle to shoot 3500 fps. Just mind bending guys and it will kill anything in NA, I sent mine to pac nor (only guys rebarreling 1903 square groove receivers. Redding makes die sets on custom order. Loading up the 178hht for next season! vid posted under my handle if interested
